Make Your Choice With Complete Confidence. Upon the completion of the installation of your new Hunter Douglas window coverings, we encourage you to immerse yourself in their impact on your home for 21 days. In the rare event that you find yourself less than completely satisfied with the visual enhancement they provide, don’t hesitate to reach out to us within the subsequent 21 days. For a minimal fee (not surpassing $75 per window covering), we are committed to a hassle-free, one-time replacement of your window coverings with a Hunter Douglas product of equal or lesser value of your choosing.* It’s a straightforward guarantee designed to ensure your absolute satisfaction.
Program Details. The Right Choice Promise is applicable exclusively to residential installations, with exceptions for damage and abuse, improper installation, mis-measurement, product stacking or control side change, hard-wired motorized products, and specialty shapes requiring templates. Not covering changes in product size (e.g., inside mount to outside mount or vice versa), it may necessitate an additional re-installation charge, capped at $75.00 per window covering. In the event the replacement product holds a higher value, you are responsible for the difference. No credits or refunds apply to products of lesser value. Claims must be initiated by the original customer through the original Hunter Douglas Gallery® dealer.
